Begin now.
Become who you are meant to be.
My practice is designed to help you develop the skills you need to become more resilient to the pressures and stressors of life and to live a meaningful authentic life, striving towards wholeness.
Suffering is part of life, but we can learn to be with it, possibly even lean into it, and listen for what it might want us to learn. Sometimes our suffering can wake us up to life and we can stop taking life for granted. We can work together to welcome changes as powerful tools to help us learn, grow, and thrive. When we become more aware, we open to life, and we can meet challenges with more presence and centeredness.
Together we will work towards nurturing who you uniquely are in the world.
about PSYCHOTHERAPY
Living the life that you want, the one that brings you joy, energy, and fulfillment, can be a transformative journey.
As individuals find their way, many may experience suffering and distress at some point in their lives. Depression, anxiety, addiction, problems in relationships, loss of meaning, and imposter syndrome occur when we aren't connected with our authentic selves. They are a signal that change is necessary.
Psychotherapy can help you to explore yourself, your relationships, and your direction in life.
When you become more aware of patterns and narratives that have shaped you, you will develop the tools and resources necessary to feel better, act, and live a more satisfying life.
Whether you're experiencing distress, struggling with a transition in your life, or simply feel like you want to know yourself better, psychotherapy can help.
